Steering through Chaos was a great read. I enjoyed the things Pastor said.  One thing that helped me that he talked about was the sharing the vision on the upward swing, (point A) instead of waiting til the motivation isn’t there, or on a downward swing.   I have been in various leadership roles where I had to share vision, and help out in transition times. This book has helped me in a lot of ways and I believe it will continue to help me out in the future.  This book is communicated plainly to where anyone can understand it, but powerful enough to drive the point home of vision.  One thing he said that everyone should model their life after is this: It doesn’t matter if your vision is written out on paper, your staff and leaders need to see it lived and walked out.  I know quite a few people on his staff and the influence he has, and this is modeled out in him. Great book, I will pass it on to others!!
